✅ File Format & Quality

• Submit a transparent PNG at 300 DPI, sized at the exact dimensions you want printed.
• Accepted file types: .AI, .PDF, .PSD, .PNG
• Do NOT mirror your artwork—our system does this automatically.
• Backgrounds must be removed before submitting. If your design has a visible background, it will be printed as-is.
• White ink prints: If your file includes a white box or background, it will be printed.

✅ Artwork Specifications

• Outlines & Lines: Minimum 0.02pt width to ensure proper adhesion to the garment.
• Fonts: Convert all text to curves and flatten.
• Maximum Print Size: We offer a gang sheet showing you the maximum sheet size we offer, please adhere to these guidlines.
• Small/Fine Print: Text smaller than 0.35 inches tall or intricate details may not print clearly or transfer properly. Add a stroke or thicken fine details for the best results.
• Transparency & Effects: Drop shadows, gradients, and transparency effects do not work for DTF printing. Remove these before submitting.
• Resolution: Artwork should be high resolution (300 DPI) to avoid pixelation or blurry prints. Anything lower than 300dpi will show up as poor quality when using the gang sheet builder. Low-quality images may result in unwanted white outlines.

🚨 Important Notices

• No Copyrighted Images: We will NOT print copyrighted designs, including logos, mascots, or branding from companies, schools, or professional sports teams (e.g., football clubs). If your order contains any of these it will be cancelled and refunded.  If you have the proper permission, written proof should be emailed to info@dtfcustomtransfers.co.uk
• Color Accuracy: We do NOT guarantee color matching. Please check your colors before submission. Create your designs in CMYK to prevent any change in colour.
• Offensive Content: If an image or phrase is inappropriate for a general audience (e.g., unsuitable for a 10-year-old), we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

As all orders are printed to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
